This installation was a collection of ideas, a set of visions that investigated the boundaries and potential of public space. For this project, we “auctioned off” our history as if it were for sale. By way of the project’s “Picture Gallery” we provided a window onto our work, sharing our experiences in the form of a tale as a means of verifying and reinterpreting our research. On the walls there were coloured frames surrounding public spaces; a large urban element is transformed into comfortable terracing; and a table recounts potential landscapes. By exhibiting our output in this room, our “private collection” became open to the public. We framed our drawings and placed our visions in a showcase, sharing the built objects that are dear to us.
